Safeguarding Adults Practitioner - Gloucestershire

Our client has a job vacancy for a Safeguarding Adults Practitioner to work in Gloucestershire. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £30 per hour (limited company worker).

Requirements:
Have you got a social work degree or equivalent?
Are you HCPC registered?
Do you have at least 5 years recent post qualifying UK experience working within a similar role?

Duties:
- You will be participating in the new triage service.
- You will be making multi-agency threshold decisions about all safeguarding adults alerts received by the Local Authority.
- You will be co-working high profile or sensitive cases with the locality teams.
- You will be ensuring Safeguarding Adults Services comply with statutory duties within the No Secrets Guidance, Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguard regulations and code of practice, along with local policy & procedures.
