S2P Country Lead/Project Manager - Finance/Procurement

S2P Country Lead/Project Manager for required to work on a S2P Programme based with AstraZeneca in Alderley Edge.

The Country Lead will manage the implementation of the new process and tools in Germany. Key responsibilities include management of all local activities to ensure a successful go live, co-ordination between local and global workstreams and local stakeholder engagement. The Country Lead will also manage post go live support for approximately two months after Go Live. The Country Lead will work as part of a global team and will be supported by a local Change Lead, Analyst, Accounts Payable resource and an Ariba consultant. The Country Lead will work closely with other Europe country leads performing this same role for other countries. The programme has a central team which sets strategy and direction and provides guidance, materials, toolkits etc.

Manage all cutover and implementation activities in Germany, including:

- country project plan and input to programme plan
- risks and issues (escalate as needed)
- provide accurate and timely status reports to programme
- communication to stakeholders and users (comms developed centrally; tailored locally as needed)
- change management
- end user training
- data preparation activities (provision of master data and catalogues)
- supplier enablement
- local acceptance process
- go-live and cutover
- end user support model
- Participate in regional/country governance forum
- Liaise closely with regional and local IS teams who are delivering the solution
- Contribute to network of Country leads to share information & learning
