Networkers are looking for a Strategic Planner for a London based contract. Primary responsibilities will include Development Control planning, reviewing and negotiating planning applications, providing advice, liaising with stakeholders and taking application through to sign off stage. The successful Stragetic Planner should have excellent written communication skills and presentation skills. The role will involved presenting to senior stakeholders.

Essential skills for the RTPI Strategic Planner are:
Development Control Strategic Planning Town Planning Negotiation Ideally the Strategic Planner will have experience of Town Planning gained at a Local Authority. Our client is looking for a qualified planner with an RTPI accreditation or equivalent.
