JOB TITLE: RTL DESIGN ENGINEER
JOB TYPE: CONTRACT
JOB LOCATION: SHANNON, IRELAND
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Consultants are required for modelling and model validation of an IP. The modelling will be C/C++/SysC based using an proprietary tool.
The tool is relatively easy to learn and necessary training will be given.
The contractors have to be able to come up to speed pretty quickly so experience in RTL/uArch design is required. Familiarity with IP Networking concepts & flow based routing is also desired.
A big part of the job will be in constructing stimulus patterns to validate the model.
All validation will be performed using the internal tool. This may involve creating custom reports and analyses.
REQUIRED SKILLS:-
Very good experience in Front End (RTL) design & micro-arch
High speed (400MHz +) experience useful
Knowledge of System C, C++ essential
Familiar with PCI-E devices/SRIOV an advantage.
Preference to work on site.
