My client a leading Bank are currently looking a RSA ARCHER ENGINEER to; manage and maintain the IT Security Monitoring and Management tools, maintenance and development of the various IT Security platforms, undertake the development and implementation of new technologies, resolving service requests, providing IT Security Management services to IT systems and colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supporting the Security Systems Management Team Leader in delivering IT Security Management Services
- Managing and maintaining the Security management toolsets (which includes SIEM, Full Packet Capture, Big Data Analytics, Netflow and GRC toolsets)
- Primary responsibility for this role will be to be the technical lead for delivery, maintenance and ongoing support of the RSA Archer GRC platform.
- Liaising with IT Services teams, ensuring system integration, standards and a consistent approach are maintained;
- Responding to relevant system alerts and management of Service Desk calls assigned to team, with a future potential to support the system on an on call basis
- Analysing and deploying new technologies to enhance the existing capabilities as directed by the Security Architects;
- Completing technical and process documentation to current standards and contributing to disaster recovery and Business Continuity planning.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven implementation and support experience of RSA Archer platform.
- Windows O/S and database skills
- Experience of system and application monitoring
- Strong requirements gathering, system analysis and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional product enhancements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Organisational commitment and Team Work
- Knowledge of Incident Management Toolsets
- Experience of successfully working within project teams to project deadline, delivering to multiple stakeholders
- Effective vendor management skills.
