Rostering Business Analyst (Kronos)   

Our client requires the expertise of an Rostering Business Analyst for a 10 month contract based in Melbourne.

This is a great chance to be part of a fantastic project and really develop your Rostering Systems skills. Joining a team of HR SME's you will be required to identify, analyse and facilitate improvements to the newly implemented Kronos Rostering System within the implementation of an integrated HRIS. 

To be successful in this role you will need at least 4 years of HR experience working with rostering systems, a good knowledge of SAP HR will be beneficial, along with a minimum of 3 years project experience in a Business Analyst role.
