OUR CLIENT, A LEADING IT OUTSOURCING COMPANY WITH A GLOBAL PRESENCE, IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A USER ROLLOUT STREAM LEAD TO JOIN THEIR TEAM IN DUBLIN, IRELAND ON A 6 MONTH ROLLING CONTRACT ROLE.
Ideal resources should be able to
- Demonstrate experience on Rolling Out Win 7, Outlook Exchange client to End Users
- Demonstrate experience on handling more than 5000 user base Migration to Win 7 or Exchange Platform
- Demonstrate good knowledge on maintaining Microsoft Project Plan
- Demonstrate Team Player skills and willing to work on the ground along with the client and Rollout Engineers
- Demonstrate a minimum 3 years' experience on End User migration Project.
- Demonstrate experience maintaining day to day migration plan and schedule
- Work as a SPOC for any escalation during the migration phase
- Work along with the Client Work Stream Manager to plan the End user migration schedule and logistics
- Coordinate with Training team on the daily status of End User training and maintain a status record
- Demonstrate the responsibility to collect the day to day issue from the Floor Walking Support Engineer and share the report to Project Stakeholders
