GENERAL INFORMATION:
Job Title: Rollout manager WAS project
Territory: Switzerland
Location: Based in Switzerland, Zürich
Job Summary:
In this position you will be part of the Delivery and Services department, leading the Project delivery team (internal team and partners) as well as coordinating with the supporting departments to ensure on-time project's deliveries through consideration of customer's expectations, resource planning, project budget, keeping quality standards and following the internal procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assume the responsibility of work planning
- Plan the onsite activities
- Lead partners and internal team
- Ensure meeting project schedule and milestones
- Work together with Logistics to ensure hardware deliveries
- Work together with project's admin to ensure the correct handling of internal procedures
- End to End purchasing order control
- Resource Planning of internal team/partners teams
- Regular project's reporting by using/updating the project's data tool
- Maintain customer relation and keep a good contact with the internal migration team
- Implementation of quality standards together with QM and technical team
- Report to Project director with progress/financial status
- Report to customer with Swap progress
Experiences strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and dynamic environment.
9. Languages: German and English, French would be an advantage
Environmental Conditions:
Typical office environment,
Main activities at Customer premises in Zh and at Huawei ZH
Regular travelling to Bern HQ office for internal reporting and escalations
