Roll-out Manager (Russian Speaking)

Roll-out/Project Manager.

Our client a large global company is doing a global roll-out to initially 4 countries. Currntly we require an experienced Russian Speaking Roll-out manager to be based in Moscow.

Project overview:
Client requires a local resource in Moscow to be the Russian Rollout Manager. The team will consist of two more Rollout Managers for Poland and Canada, as well as the Program Manager, three background supporters and two coaches for the Customer culture and politics. The system to be rolled out is a customer satisfaction measurement tool (Oracle DBA+Java) which is running in the UK already, and will be rolled out worldwide. The first three countries will be pilot rollouts, in parallel the system will get re-engineered and enhanced (chance for additional business for a Nearshore setup with Moscow). Global rollout after that.

Required skill set
- Mixture of technical and business/process skills
- Best would be Rollout Management and Automotive Industry background, but not necessarily
- English is a must as the Roll-out Manager has to represent the client in the Russian market
- Abilities to run customer workshops are necessary

Location is Moscow.
12 months (100%) possible extension.
Needs to start next week, in Germany for a 2 week boot camp.
Onsite in Moscow 28th OctWe will pay for flights, hotels for the bootcamp in Germany.
All candidates MUST speak Russian
