RNO ENGINEER - FRANCE (PARIS)

1 X RNO ENGINEER -FRANCE (PARIS) is urgently needed on contract basis for our client, a prestigious international telecommunication company. Location is France (Paris). Fluent French and English and similar working experience are a prerequisite for any application.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Professional Service Delivery and Customer Interface
- Prepare and Attend Technical Workshops with Customer's UTRAN Parameters team
- Explain constraints, recommendations, best practises and other features interaction
- Technical support for 2G3G4G NW KPIs Optimization teams.
- Optimization of usual 3G NW KPIs  OSS and                DT
- Will ensure proper technical support is provided for achievement and maintenance of target 2G3G4G NW KPIs.
- Will ensure a good communication with Customer contact throughout the project and with several optimization teams.
- Will support his management in establishing priority in order to achieve best possible balance customer satisfaction versus project planning

CUSTOMER CARE:

- Provide 2G3G4G optimization technical support to customer teams.
- Reach customer satisfaction according to daily expectations
- Undertake the technical 2G3G4G optimization support to optimization teams.
- Understanding and keeping under control the customer issues with the proper communication to the client.

REQUIREMENTS:

- University degree in telecommunication or electrical/electronic engineering or business school.
- At least 3 years radio network optimization experience.
- Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to cooperate and work with peoples from different cultures
- Knows well about at least one drive test tool and post-processing software (such as Nemo/Actix, XCAL/XCAP)
- Knows very well Huawei OSS (M2000, PRS, Nastar, OMstar)
- At least 1 year work experience on signalling trace and OSS analysis.
- Fluent oral and written English, French

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Good knowledge of at least 2 or more of the following radio technologies: WCDMA, GSM (mandatory), LTE
- Excellent experience of BSS/UTRAN protocols analysis
- Experience in New Feature introduction
- Experience in BSS/RAN Parameter Mapping
- Mandatory Experience in GBSS15, RAN15
- Good knowledge of maintenance level 2/3
