RNO CONSULTANT - 3G & LTE PERFORMANCE/RADIO PLANNING/OPTIMISATION

CONTRACT

BASED IN FRANCE

Our client, a leading telecoms company, is looking to recruit RNO Consultants with a Performance & Optimisation 3G/LTE network exposure on a contractual basis.

These roles will be supporting their network service delivery objectives with regards to rollout services and will analyse radio coverage holes using Asset planning tool and identify new sites.

As the Radio Planning Engineer your responsibilities will include:

- Optimisation and Performance for 3G/LTE Networks
- Support the nominal planning, candidate selection and site surveys up to site acceptance.
- Conduct Site Surveys
- Calculate and determine network impact for coverage and capacity expansions.
- Evaluate (drive) test data to identify performance issues.
- Recommend RF solutions and carrying out changes to improve site performance.
- Support corporate coverage requests.

SKILLS THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Demonstrable skills in LTE or 3G
- Extensive technical expertise in mobile radio planning fundamentals ie link budget analysis and LTE cell coverage thresholds
- Ability to work with external companies
- Able to show flexibility to work on multiple tasks and locations
