Documentation meets regulatory and quality standards.
Develops/modifies a dynamic plan of care, establishing multidisciplinary interventions facilitating the patient''s attainment of his/her optimal level of function.
Implements the plan of care according to professional standards.
Promotes positive cost/quality outcomes inter and intradepartmentally.
Volume Performance.
Requirements:
Associates Degree or equivalent.
Current State of Ohio RN licensure.
Valid, current Ohio Driver's license with proof of adequate automobile insurance.
Minimum of 1 year hospital experience.
Home health care experience preferred.
