LOCATION: Edinburgh, Scotland

DURATION: 12 months

ROLE PURPOSE:

To provide support in the shaping and stewardship of the pension risk management infrastructure of the Group, to champion effective risk and capital management of pension risk, by maintaining and developing assessment and control mechanisms, managing key projects and liaising with key stakeholders across the globe.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Drive and coordinate a successful regulatory stress test exercises for pension risk which are large and complex
- Help steer risk through a challenging and changing economic and regulatory environment
- Implementation and driving governance across multiple business lines/geographic teams

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE

- Management of many processes/project simultaneously, cross team/border projects
- Experience of risk management processes
- Experience of working in ALM/Capital Management/Finance/Audit function an advantage
- Pension risk management desirable
- Understanding of UK pension regulatory requirements & developments and challenges faced by the pension system an advantage
