A leading Retail Bank based in London, are seek a Risk Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a within Retail Bank.

Candidates must have the following attributes/experience to be considered for this post:

Effective risk management and control, facilitating timely identification and management of issues

Implement appropriate regulatory assurance and compliance

Demonstrate understanding of control weaknesses in own area and implements effective plans to address

Identify and assess risks to ensure risk is well managed within the risk appetite

Act as a source of professional expertise to mitigate the potential for risk -and ensures systems and processes are fit for purpose

Implement, or manage the implementation of, processes to deliver Group Risk policy -and oversight and assurance within business areas, agreeing remediation plans as necessary

Analyse and evaluate a range of information to produce insightful analysis, recommendations and advice to influence decisions in relevant areas of the business

Build and maintains effective relationships with key stakeholders to maximise personal effectiveness

Plan and execute agreed risk management projects to achieve continuous improvement

Deliver effective presentations and business communications to inform and influence

Evaluate issues from a range of stakeholder perspectives
