As Risk manager You'll be responsible for developing, implementing and advocating a culture of risk management across three Executive Divisions.
You'll assist managers at all levels across the divisions to ensure that robust risk management practices are Embedded at an operational level within the business (with specific focus on risk, incident and loss reporting) and that staff at all levels are aware of and manage risk as a core part of their responsibilities.
You'll help to develop and document a comprehensive first line risk based controls testing strategy and framework.
You will also have the opportunity to deputise for Head of Governance Risk & Control as appropriate at key Risk Committees and Forums.
RISK MANAGER KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Strong Financial Services background.
- Operational Risk Management background.
- Extensive regulatory experience
- Strong Stakeholder management experience
- Strong Risk Controls experience.
