Now we are looking for Risk Management Analyst, 3 months contract followed with a potential permanent position!

Come join us and play a key role within the Payment and Commerce Solutions division as the Risk Analyst within the Payment Risk Operations Team.

Helping prevent fraud and minimize losses, while assisting small business owners run their business via desktop, on-line and mobile solutions that save them time.

Primary responsibilities:

- Perform as a subject matter expert for Payments Risk Operations Team
- Analyse application and merchant transactional data to mitigate fraud and financial loss trends
- Act on charge backs and coordinate with merchants to defend disputes
- Create and implement mitigation plans for higher risk customers
- Applies detailed understanding of payments industry knowledge to developing new operating mechanisms
- Deliver service to our customers that shows we care about them
- Suggest recommendations for product improvements
- Perform root cause analysis of losses and turns data into actionable information for future reviews
- Understand how Risk plays a key role in the social and mobile payments world
- Manage inbound and outbound risk queries over the phone and emails
