Opportunity for an experienced Risk & Issue Manager to join this IT Services organisation working Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom. This role will involve extensive travel to and periods spent within Saudi Arabia. A key role that will oversee and contribute to Risk & Issue Management of IT Projects and Programmes to major clients within the aerospace sector.

A hands on role you will develop and execute risk and issues processes and procedures to enable the organisation to meet project & program objectives.

To be successful in this role you must have extensive proven experience as a Risk & Issue Manager on large & complex IT projects and Programmes. You should also ideally have experience of projects and programmes within the Middle East.

Knowledge of Risk & Issue software is ideally sought and you must have experience in appropriate methods around, statitistics, forecasting & planning.

Accomodation will be provided and paid for in a secure luxury compound. Potential for progression into permanent or to extend.

Key responsibilities:

- Leading project & program risk and issue management.
- Conduct Risk and Issue reviews for projects and programs.
- Document, and ensure communication of, key risks and issues.
- Maintain input or data quality of risk and issue management systems.
- Recommend ways to control or reduce risk.
- Identify key risks and mitigating factors.
- Gather risk-related data from internal or external resources.
- Identify and analyse areas of potential risk to the assets, earning capacity, or success of Projects and Programs.
- Develop or implement risk-assessment models or methodologies.
- Produce reports and presentations that outline findings, explain risk positions, and recommend changes.
- Conduct statistical analyses to quantify risk using statistical analysis software or econometric models.
- Meet with clients to answer queries on risk exposure.
- Develop contingency plans to deal with emergencies.
- Determine potential environmental impacts of new products or processes on long-term growth and profitability.
