Development Manager required for the Risk space at large Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf. Previous development background required in Java. £75-85k + bonus + benefits.
1) All applicants must have solid management experience including retaining talent, hiring, managing performance and so on.
2) All applicants must have a solid background in Java development including architecture and design. Candidates do not necessarily have to be hands on, but they have to demonstrate a very strong technical understanding to guide the team effectively.
3) All candidates will have experience working in another bank or financial services company in which they have delivered under deadline to the front or middle office. You will be a subject matter expert in your current space from a business perspective. The most sought after knowledge for this role is Risk, Margin and Regulatory Finance and exposure to Prime Services.
