Risk Consultant - Group Compliance - Financial Services - Contract

Our client, a financial services organisation, has an urgent requirement for a Risk Consultant for their Customer and Compliance Risk function.

Overview of the role:

-          Delivery oversight capability and drive the embedding of the risk management framework to support the business strategy.
-          Help develop and implement key policies, control and risk management practices for the 2nd line oversight
-          Manage compliance risks with particular focus on prudential risk and wholesale conduct
-          Leverage your subject matter experience to provide oversight of the design of key risk management policies and control frameworks
-          Manage senior stakeholders

We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in a similar role in a banking environment as a senior manager.

The successful candidate will have significant knowledge and experience in any of the following areas-: prudential risk/wholesale conduct/treasury risk/capital adequacy/capital risk/balance sheet risk, as well as a good understanding of 2nd line oversight.
