Key responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and oversight of key internal reporting and strategic risk analysis.
* Lead communications, including oversight of all channels and strategy.
* Plan & monitor work-stream progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action or escalating as appropriate.
* Provide objective analytical insight based on work completed within the Business Management & Operations team.
* Quality assure work-streams, ensuring the Programmes for which they are accountable for are aligned to and deliver against Risk objectives and strategy.
This is a very senior appointment and candidates must have extensive consulting, COO or Chief of Staff experience, preferably within the Risk COO division of a global retail bank.
