Risk Analyst

Currently searching for multiple Risk Engineers to join a leader financial organization on a 12 months contract basis, starting ASAP.

The ideal candidate would have come from a technical background around infrastructure services (or equivalent) moving into Security Risk.

NOTE:

Any certification in Security (CISSP CSSP ETC..) or Infrastructure Services (Windows, SQL etc..) are desired.

Day to Day Duties:

- Monitoring and operating Security controls and reviewing processes related to use of Bank information for actual or potential weaknesses or breaches of security.
- Working with Information Security Managers and Information Security Business Advisors to ensure that all identified breaches are promptly and thoroughly investigated.
- Supporting process and technology changes required to maintain security.
- Maintaining agreed security records and documentation
- Assist with reporting of identified security weaknesses, articulating the associated risks for a non specialist audience.
- Operate processes relating to access control and data leakage (amongst others)
- Assist with providing assurance for projects prior to implementation to ensure all security requirements are fully met
- Assist with managing and scoping penetration testing.
- Tracking remediation of vulnerabilities
