RFIC (Integrated Circuit) Layout Engineer

One of our Global clients are looking to recruit a RFIC (Integrated Circuit) Layout Engineer to jump on board and assist with the layout of RD and analog Integrated circuits.

As an RFIC (Integrated Circuit) Layout Engineer you will be working on sub-cell layout through to top-level layout and build up the hierarchy with the design teams. You will conduct thorough verification of the layout in addition to making changes requested by design.

As a RFIC (Integrated Circuit) Layout Engineer some of your responsibilities will include:

- Parasitic sensitive layout of RF and analog circuits
- Development of cell level layout to provide optimized circuit performance
- Full verification of layout completed including DRC, LVS, ERC, DFM and other required checks.
- Active contribution to the layout review process

In order to be a successful RFIC (Integrated Circuit) Layout Engineer you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Portfolio within RF/Analog layout for high performance circuits (wireless transceivers)
- Detailed knowledge of sub-cell and top level layout
- Understanding of RFIC/Analog layout trade-offs
- Proficiency within RFIC/Analog layout design flow in Cadence
- Strong skills within LVS
- Advanced understanding of CMOS technologies
