RF Spectrum Manager - Work in the Public Sector

I am currently recruiting for a large Public Sector Organisation who are looking for an experienced RF Spectrum Manager to join it's team. This is a short term contract where you will be working towards a significant release of surplus spectrum. You will be working on the requirement to review the technical specifications of systems and the requirement for co-operation, co-ordination and exclusion zones required within the release of 2.3 and 3.4 Ghz spectrum. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within one of the largest Public Sector departments and help re-define their communications structure.

You will need technical competencies that include an understanding of Radio Spectrum policy within Public and Private Sector Organisations as well as an understanding of spectrum management with at least 5 years experience. An awareness of spectrum policy at Government and international levels (including NATO, the European Commission and the international Telecommunications Union) would also be an advantage.
