RF (Radio Frequency) Service Assurance - Tier 1

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an RF (RADIO FREQUENCY) SERVICE ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN - TIER 1 to join our client in Overland Park, KS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide training to one engineer/technology shift in support of overall Network Vision.
- Provide support for wireless equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting RF equipment.
- Working cross-departmentally to ensure that outages are properly reported and resolved.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two to three (2-3) years Tier 1 Technical Support experience.
- Strong understanding of wireless technology.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications equipment.
- Excellent Communications skills.
- Must be able to learn quickly and manage changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
