RF Optimization Engineer

My client, a leading 3G/LTE RAN consulting company based in Dublin, are currently looking for both a contract resource for 6 months with experience of NSN kit.

For the contract role, my client is looking for an RF Optimization Engineer with NSN experience to monitor the statistics of a 3G network during a program of re-homing sites. The successful candidate would be responsible for extracting and monitoring the statistics and parameters of the cells pre and post re-homing and the creation of reports and KPIs in order to carry out this function.

Candidates must have to have good knowledge of the NSN OSS for KPI extraction and parameter checking (eg using products like NetAct etc). Existing procedures would have to be adhered to and also the modification of these procedures along with new one to improve the process. Please do not apply for the role unless you have NSN 3G experience involving OSS parameters.
