Experience in UMTS networks NSN - 9 years of experience minimum
Advanced knowledge in defining strategies of UMTS - RAN Optimization Systems, Nokia.
Advanced knowledge of L3 protocols ( NBAP, RRC, RLC, MAC ) 3GPP
Extensive knowledge in defining strategies RAN capacity analysis and performance indicators such as Drop Call, Retainability, THP, Drop Ps
Air Interface Domain (L2 - L3) WCDMA/HSDPA .
Extensive knowledge in parameterization RF Radio FEATURES RU30, RU20 and definition of scenarios using these functions according to profiles
specific traffic (urban, suburban, rural)
Experience in the operation, application parameters Node B, RNC and RAN functions oriented KPIs improvement and optimization problem areas .
Extensive knowledge in Hw NSN RNC, Node B Flexi
Experience in analysing statistics and counters plus platforms as NSN and Ericsson
Domain management and recommendations for further definition of network functionality (eg HSPA + Dual Cell, IFHO, code optimization, etc. ..)
Experience in optimization strategies for R99/HSDPA/HSDPA +
Experience in statistical diagnosis of problems in Node B and RNC TX elements .
Experience in traffic and capacity analysis UMTS (EC, Iub, HSDPA, etc.).
Proficient in implementation and definition of RAN optimization methodologies
Proficient in defining strategies IRAT, Interfrequency and hard/softhandover in WCDMA .
Proficient in optimizing and developing strategies to manage network traffic with 2nd and 3rd carrier
Proficiency in detecting problems in UMTS interfaces (Iub, Iur, IUCS, IUPS).
