SKILLS:
This position requires at least 5-year experience in the following areas:
- Fully understanding of Wimax technology including 802.16e.
- Capable of performing RF modelling design using 3.65 Ghz
- Experience with RF optimization, RF path analysis, RF coverage analysis, interference detection and avoidance
- Experience with Encryption and AAA integration
- Integration testing to ensure end-to-end performance requirements are met
- Experience in frequency planning
- Knowledge of routing and switching
- Redundant designs and failover test experience
- Experience with NMS
- Hands-on knowledge with Ruggedcom or GE Wimax equipments
