IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Preparation of manual and automated tests for post silicon verification of cellular 3G/LTE RF transceiver macro in consideration of re-use from former projects
-Capturing test approaches in autonomous collaboration with those project team members
-Programming of measurement automation, measurement data processing and result presentation (device and external measurement equipment via USB, RD232, TCP/IP, GPIP, PCIe) with Matlab or C-based programming languages in consideration of re-use and generic Post-Silicon verification automation framework
-Programming and maintenance of a firmware regression measurement setup and executing, reporting and debugging of standardized test cases
-Debugging of internal RF circuitry in case of failing result parameters, suggestions of workarounds and improvement measures, strong collaboration with design team
-Measurement result generation and presentation for internal and customer purpose

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Good knowledge on RF signals, tools and techniques
-Profound knowledge in RF lab measurement techniques
-Good knowledge in programming languages: Matlab, C-based programming languages
-Knowledge and experience with hardware interface programming (GPIB, RS232, JTAG)
