RF Engineer - LTE Design - Contract - Telecoms

I am currently recruiting for a RF Engineer to work for a leading telecommunications company based in Texas. This is an urgent requirement so candidates must be available to start work at the end of April.

As a RF Engineer you will have the following experience:

*Candidates must have design experience in UMTS/HDSPA design and/or LTE design.
*Extensive RF design experience, 5+ in UMTS/LTE.
*Atoll tool experience strongly encouraged, but not required if proficiency can be shown in other tools
*Good communication skills in English
*Good troubleshooting skills
*Candidate must have understanding of LTE fundamentals
*Link budget, PCI, TA list, KPI's, etc.
*Candidate's must have significant experience using ACP (Automatic Cell Planning) tools
*Understand plumbing diagrams and able to create them (diplexers, duplexers)
*Excellent understanding of the Design fundamentals (how to design and measure a network, Monte Carlo, antenna theory, etc.)
*Candidate must be willing to travel within the US, lead a team, and work without supervision if necessary.
*Able to identify and interpret customer requirements and develop plans to address them.
