RF Engineer

Leading provider of wireless telecom solutions has IMMEDIATE NEED for an RF Scripting Engineer for a temp to perm contract assignment, in the north metro area of Atlanta

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define detailed specifications and standards for wireless network
- Develop network configurations and supporting documentation

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math or Sciences
- 3-5 years of progressive successful development as an RF Engineer
- Proficient in RAN configuration/AMOS/Moshell
- In-depth understanding of all AT&T UMTS RAN configuration, interfaces and protocols, and capability to develop scripts, configure and troubleshoot performance issues is required
- Must have an in-depth understanding of RAN ATM transport network and capability to modify configurations according to established templates and script procedures.
- Need to be proficient with Moshell/AMOS scripting, trace tools, CPP platform, COLI and xml scripting
- Experience with OSS PM and Business Objects are a plus
- Perform desk checks and review of Scripts using quality guidelines and release the Scripts to Implementation
