THE ROLE

-Design, simulation and measurement of power amplifiers for RF Base Station applications
-Propose, define and develop innovative design solutions for current and new products to meet market Trends and maintain our competitiveness
-Synthesizes knowledge so that it is clear, useable and accessible to the BL RF Power.
-Actively builds and maintains a network of contacts within BL RF Power in own and related fields to gain and share knowledge
-Provide inputs on technology requirements for future base station products

THE INDIVIDUAL

- At least 3 years RF design experience.
- Power amplifier design, PCB layouting, prototyping, troubleshooting.
- RF simulation tools like ADS/MWO and 3D EM simulation.
- RF equipment and measurement techniques.
- Physics of semiconductor devices.
- Impedance matching for (broadband) power amplifiers.
- Good problem solving skills
- Have a pro-active attitude, hands-on mentality, team player and good communication skills.
