RATE: £200 DURATION: 6 months ROLLING LOCATION: CANARY WHARF

The role holder will ensure effective implementation of reward strategies, compensation and performance management policies/practices and programmes or projects that are aligned to the values, goals and objectives of the Bank. This will include leading the analytical support and guidance required for the successful delivery of the annual performance management and pay review cycle.

As required, the role holder will also provide advice and guidance to line managers and HR professionals on all aspects of our Reward programmes as a Rewards Subject Matter Expert (SME). As part of the Performance & Reward team support will be provided to the Senior Reward Manager or other team leaders in co-ordinating or leading on analytical activity across the region. The role holder will be expected to also liaise with external third parties, as required, to understand and provide guidance on how the external market place impacts the bank internally.

The role holder will provide support and guidance to the Reward Analyst/s in their activities when carrying out delivery of pay review cycle activities and other Reward projects, as required.Sthree UK is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
