Reward/Executive Compensation Consultant

Their brand and reputation is built on the quality of service they provide which is down to their talented and ambitious employee base. As a result attracting the best talent on the market is a constant goal for them. They are currently expanding their reward consultancy practice due to market demand and entering agreements with a wide variety of exciting clients. They are currently seeking talented reward professionals at a variety of levels from analyst/consultant up to senior manager. These positions are permanent roles based in the City ofLondonand paying between £35,000-£80,000 subject to experience. The role will involve: * Reward strategy support for clients * Design work in regards to share and incentive plans * Managing key client relationships across a variety of sectors in theUKand globally * Delivering of creative solutions in regards to reward * Providing executive remuneration solutions to clients and their RemCo's The person: Our client is seeking to attract a range of candidates from different industries, roles and backgrounds. Ideally you will have: * Strong reward/executive compensation experience * Or a strong interest in both of the above * Solid educational background * Excellent communication skills * Strong technical skill-Excel, data analysis, benchmarking They are also seeking candidates from a financial services background with strong governance, regulation and compliance skills in regards to compensation.
