Reward Consultant/Analyst - £350 per day

Reward Consultant/Analyst needed for a rolling three month contract for a highly regarded Utilities company, to be based Southeast London.

An experienced Reward Consultant who has a strong background of providing specialist reward advice and analysis and used to working in a project environment. They will be required to design and deliver the reward strategy to support the deployment of Smart Metering in Energy Field Services. This strategy will focus on the creation of new reward packages aligned to external benchmarking and taking into consideration internal reward strategies and current Legacy arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of governance and reward experience coupled with analysis of pay benchmarking and survey data. You must also have extremely good analytical skills, coupled with fantastic communication skills. The ability to be able to deliver complex information clearly, is very much needed.

You must understand the current complex pay & benefits landscape and understand the make up of the current collective agreements and analyse all reward data.
