Projektbeschreibung

My Central Government client are keen to take on an Interim Reward Specialist to join a team on a pay revision exercise. You will ideally have Central Government experience along with SC clearance - this is a desirable requirement.

Key deliverables:
-a dataset for modelling options
-an options paper for rationalisation of the grading structure
-a benchmark analysis for the selected option against relevant markets
-a costed model of final proposal including all changes [ie additional to grading rationalisation].

The final step should be ready by mid May for approval.
-an implementation plan including communications plan
-documentation of all key elements

Qualifications:
- CIPD
