Reward Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen within my client's organisation for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join the reward team. The candidate will be involved in all processes relating to benefits, pay and allowances. The main duties will include; * Creating competitive reward schemes that will assist in attracting, retaining and motivating a workforce * Giving expert insight into all matters related to reward, including expert advice and guidance on all elements of reward including pay, variable pay, benefits, shares and incentive plans. * Keeping abreast of current market trends and patterns and advising on all leading practises. The candidate will also be expected to interpret market data and make recommendations accordingly. The ideal candidate will have the following criteria; * Track record of working in relevant environments or similar roles with an expert knowledge of all areas of reward * Experience of working in a complex matrix structure * Competent skills with the necessary software programs * Flexibility to undertake travel as and when required * Relevant qualifications * Proven experience of successfully analysing and evaluating projects as well as the necessary traits to implement new projects * Excellent communication * A broad understanding of operations with regards to budgets, forecasting and reporting For consideration please forward a copy of your CV immediately
