Reward Analyst - Warton, Preston - £20.60 per hour - 6 month FTC

Advantage Resourcing are recruiting a Reward Analyst to join a leading organisation in Preston for a 6 month fixed term contract

You'll provide a full research and analytical service within the Reward team in order to ensure the business understands relevant markets and rewards structures and supports key Business

Maintain, or oversee the maintenance of internal personnel information systems, in order that data on employee compensation is readily available.
Support the development of Comp & Ben strategies in support of business objectives and that maintain the competitive positioning of the business
Establish and maintain contact with other organisations, either formally or informally, in order to facilitate the exchange of pay information.
Participate in relevant salary surveys, acting as the contact point for surveys run externally, completing salary datasheets and questionnaires, and initiating and co-ordinating surveys run internally.
Analyse, and make recommendations from the results of surveys and other pay/reward information.
May assist in the co-ordination of job evaluation schemes where these exist.
Produce support, analysis

This is a role for an experienced and established Compensation & Benefits practitioner, at this level will know how to perform analyses and where to source data to support a position. Will contribute to development of strategies and policies, will have experience of working in a multi-site Matrix environment and will be aware of reward complexities across such organisations.
