Our client, one of the world's premier integrated oil companies is currently looking for a Reward Analyst to join their team in Sunbury on a 6 month contract to support the Reward team in business as usually activity and analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle sensitive employee compensation data in line with the clients' standards
- Supports the accurate, timely delivery of base pay decisions, individual casework and annual processes including the provision of market data, analyses and costing
- Careful planning of complex sentences of communications, data flows and activities across transactional activity
EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of reward management processes and practices with experience of applying those processes in different business situations
- Previous experience in an HR generalist or HR/Reward analyst role
- Ability to analyse problems and make decisions
- High level of numeracy, with attention to detail
- Good MS Excel skills and experience
