Reward Analyst

We have a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute Reward Analyst to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract. With proven Reward experience, as well as analytical skills to draw out key issues and themes from complex data; you will analyse complex reward information data sets (including internal SAP and other reports and external benchmark and market surveys) to support the development of pragmatic and creative recommendations and solutions for required business and central reward initiatives and projects.

About the role

Based from ourCrawleyoffice, you will play a key role in the overall delivery of the service from the Reward Centre of Excellence to the business, providing high quality technical data analysis that will be used by colleagues in the formulation of critical recommendations, proposals and decisions. You will also carry out research and analysis to contribute to the design of EDF Energy reward and benefits processes and policies, as well as delivering operational and governance reward activities (e.g. approvals processes, annual pay review) to a high standard to ensure that these are managed for the business in a supportive and timely fashion.

About you

The ideal candidate will be immediately available or have a short notice period. You will also have a solid background in Reward or Compensation and Benefits with extensive experience of job evaluation and pay benchmarking processes and use of survey data ideally gained within a large matrix organisation. In addition to these technical skills, you will also be analytically minded with a numerical focus as well as excellent communication and relationship building skills. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent and have good knowledge and use of HR IT systems, preferably SAP.
