Projektbeschreibung
An exciting opportunity has arisen within my client's organisation. The candidate will assist the manager in all parts of measuring performance and be involved in setting out the reward provisions, evaluating current schemes and looking at possible improvements. This role will look at all aspects of reward including benefits and pensions and will give the candidate valuable exposure to senior stakeholders across the business. The main duties will include; - Assisting and helping the managers with reviewing and preparing all reward related data - Working along side HR Generalists to ensure they are provided with timely advice on any compensation related issue - Aiding Reward Managers with yearly salary reviews by preparing reports, analysis and data reviews - Planning and organising review of reward scheme approval - - Provide up to date subject matter expertise, analysing market trends/developments and conducting competitor comparisons The ideal candidate will have the following criteria; - Experience as Reward analyst/consultant - Exceptional proven excel skills - Experience working in a large, global organisation. - Excellent communication skills - Willingness and skill set to contribute to broader team while working as an effective team member For consideration please forward a copy of your CV immediately
