Retention Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Lead end-to-end customer retention initiatives from concept to launch
-Support customer journey mapping in local countries
-Identify moments of disengagement in the current customer journey and develop strategies to preventively identify and avoid those moments, retaining impacted consumers
-Work across the organization to identify and share retention best practices
-Support the Manager Customer Experience in developing and implementing a consumer engagement strategy to maximize the consumer's lifetime value
-Roll-out the consumer feedback system, including data analysis, executive dashboard development and reporting, action planning
-Drive consumer segmentation and audience targeting campaigns

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Online and offline retention marketing experience in a B2C environment
-Project management experience
-Highly creative with ability to think out of the box
-Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
-Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to senior management
-Strong decision-making skills
