-Delivering scaled retention activity across direct mail, telephone and email for both print and digital.
-Administer and deliver all print and digital renewal offers
-Manage online portal and digital magazine activation.
The suitable applicant MUST be familiar with online customer services management and digital marketing, have good numeracy skills, strong communication, with a good working knowledge of excel.
