Retail Training/Field Marketing Manager

My major telecoms client requires a Training and Delivery Manager for a 6 month initial assignment.

Role although would suit candidates with good links to the M4 corridor and South East.

Training and Delivery Management track record
Team management
Proven track record of success in a sales function of a corporate organisation
Content development
High level Stakeholder management
Experience din coaching and mentoring at middle and junior management level
Strong planning and organisation skills
Flexible approach, confident with a passion for people development
Knowledge of learning technologies

Duties
Run training induction programmes for variety of business partners
Be an ambassador for the over brand
Check content is fit for purpose and matches overall business strategy
Team management of a team of 9 training staff
Establish a clear framework for all training
Manage and maintain effective use of Training & Delivery Consultants time
Ensure training staff have correct tools to perform their roles
Maintain and develop relationships with key personnel

Role is home based and requires extensive travel to include 2-3 days per week office based and 2-3 days per week field based - key locations include but not limited to Amersham, Hatfield, Bristol, London.
