Restrictions Manager/Analyst

This position is a mix between a Restrictions Manager and a Technical Restrictions Analyst.

We are looking for someone with Investment Banking experience. You MUST HAVE experience of Regulations, COLL Regs.

Experience of reviewing IM Prospectus for identifying Investment limit rules with real emphasis on Regulations & Prospectus review rules.

You will be assisting with the co-ordination of all aspects of Investment Restriction activity relating to UK Spoke - interfacing directly with all UK Spoke clients.

A strong fund operation background and a technical or compliance background will be preferred.

- Degree in Financial services
- Securities Institute Certificates
- ACII Financial Planning Certificate
