Resourcing Team Lead/Coordinator

Hyphen are exclusively recruiting for a Resourcing Team lead to work a contract for a large banking organisation based in London.

We require a candidate with excellent customer service skills as you will be working in a busy service environment and previous experience of an in-house recruitment function would be a big advantage.

Key Accountabilities:

*Designing, delivering and implementing an end to end process review for the function.
*Management of the delivery team, including regular 121's with team members.
*Management of operational aspects required within a busy recruitment function, ie Weekly team meetings to review workload volumes, reporting any instances of potential team SLA failures to senior management with corrective measures.
*Manage the production of regular MI reports to various stakeholders throughout the business
*Act as a first point of escalation for both the business and supplier

Key Skills:

*Experience in resourcing/recruitment
*Excellent interpersonal skills including issue resolution
*Experience of implementing or delivering process simplification
*Ability to work to short deadlines without compromising quality
*Evidence of previous leadership skills or experience
*Experience in managing multiple customer relationships
*Excellent MI/Analytical skills
