Resourcing Specialist - Glasgow £30000-35000 9-12 Month Contract

Durham Professional Services is currently recruiting for Resourcing Specialist to join a well-known organisation based in Glasgow.

This role will be for a 9-12 month contract working in a fast paced environment working alongside HR colleagues and the internal stakeholders during their high levels of recruitment needs.

You will be expected to take responsibility of the full recruitment life cycle, dealing with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. Your main daily duties will include Job Briefing, sourcing passive and active candidates, screening resumes, phone screening and working on assessments and offers.

You will also be expected to work closely with a recruitment assistant and manage their workload.

You will work in a team of highly skilled likeminded individuals who are key to the organisation and therefore we are offering the right candidate a great working environment.

This role will suit someone who has worked in a fast paced environment and has a good solid understanding of the KPI's and deliverables necessary to produce good clean lines of recruitment.

My client would prefer experience of working in an internal recruitment role.
