Pay Rate: £150 + Per Day
Contract duration: 3 months +

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist. The role requires solid experience, knowledge of innovative sourcing techniques, direct sourcing capability and a passion for customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering cost savings and third party management experience. You will have knowledge in sourcing on Oracle, iGrasp, Avature and LinkedIn and own the whole end-to-end process.

The day-to-day duties of a Recruitment Specialist will involve -

Recruitment of all internal and external hires

Manage candidate and hiring manager experience through the end-to-end recruitment cycle
(Sourcing, screening, assessment & selection, interview scheduling, short-listing, offer management)

Conduct screening for senior roles/ad hoc telephone

Deliver verbal feedback to all candidates post interview stage

Manage verbal offers and act as single point of contact for candidates at offer stage

Conduct and manage direct sourcing/researching

Talent-pooling (Avature)

Act as a brand advocate and ambassador for the Resourcing function

Manage and support all internal recruitment & redeployment activity

Single point of contact for internal queries

Managing agencies

Building talent pipelines in area of specialism

Direct sourcing, networking, building and engaging talent communities

Support managers with senior internal appointments (advise on policies, benefits, process queries)
