Resourcing Partner/Talent Acquisition

ONSITE RECRUITMENT, RESOURCING PARTNER, TALENT ACQUISITION, INTERNAL RECRUITER

We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Partner to join the Talent team within a leading organisation based in Berkshire on a 3 month contract.

You will be responsible for hiring the best possible talent into the Operations function for a key project.

Key responsibilities of the Resourcing Partner will include;

- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers in Business Operations to understand their recruitment needs and fulfil their requirements
- Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns including proactive sourcing, selection and offers for internal and external candidates
- Prioritise roles according to changing business demands
- Focus on direct sourcing methods by proactively headhunting and approaching appropriate candidates directly
- Guide hiring managers on selection and assessment skills

To be successful in this position, you will have the following;

- Excellent experience managing high volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- In-house/onsite recruitment experience including ownership of the full recruitment life cycle
- Agency and executive search recruitment experience
