Resourcing Partner - ASAP Start

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive Resourcing Partner to join our team in London. As the successful candidate you will be responsible to design and deliver strategic & high level operational Resourcing activities and team leadership for the aligned Business streams to ensure it meets its objectives within agreed HR working policies and process.

Key Responsibilities

- ensuring a personal relentless focus on Zero Harm and in line with the client's Sustainability activities, proactively lead the business to ensure the delivery of positive economic, social and environmental outcomes
- building and inspiring talented teams to live the Balfour Beatty Values & personally demonstrate the Leadership Behaviours
- controlling costs and effectively managing budgets
- ensuring the team complies with all Regulations and Company Policies & Processes
- acting as a member of HR leadership team for business streams (with L+D Partner and Head of HR) contributing to the strategic development of the business
- strategic development of long term workforce planning and integration of end to end process with L+D Partner and Head of HR ensuring sophisticated management of resources
- working in partnership with the business unit leaders, the HR Business Partner and the Talent Acquisition Team to define the business unit resourcing strategy whilst contributing to the wider BB UK resourcing strategy
- first point of contact for resourcing with our customers
- acting as a true COE Resourcing Partner to the leadership teams across the business unit and work in conjunction with other COE to support in the delivery of the client's recruitment needs
- ensuring that the resourcing service is customer and candidate focused at all times
- obtainingincluding development of psychometric and behavioural testing to improve quality of senior level hiring
- accountable for the redeployment/outplacement strategy and approach for ensuring internal candidates are redeployed where possible and as a priority
- working in partnership with the talent acquisition team to ensure that the external recruitment agency suppliers meet the needs of the business and drive improvements in time to hire and cost of hire
- with the HRBP responsible for the end to end recruitment process for all executive hiring in the business unit
- pointing of contact with the temporary/interim staffing RPO. Responsible for the conversion of non RPO interims and temps across the business unit. Ensuring best value for money for all interim and consultancy hires across the business
- providing market intelligence and research to support the resourcing strategy or business change
- responsible for responding to any questions, queries and complaints
- implementing up-skilling of line managers programmes to become accountable for all permanent and temporary recruiting
- when appropriate and in agreement with the Head of Resourcing Partnering attending internal promotion and external candidate interviews
