Resourcing Operations Co-Ordinator

Our client is one of the UK's largest defence electronics suppliers. Employing approximately 8,000 people in more than 35 locations across the country, they are an industry leader.

However they are also majorly involved in other business sectors such as engineering, governmental processes, banking, finance, transport, energy and air travel.

Our client are now looking to employ a Resourcing Operations Co-ordinator on a 6 month contract due to increased workloads. The correct candidate will be expected to:

*Co-ordinate interviews
*Book interviews
*Room bookings and preparation
*Take control of diary management for hiring managers

Successful candidates should have:

*Administrative experience
*Strong telephone presence
*Able to push back when speaking to senior managers
*Highly organised
*High standard of Microsoft Office skills
